M.S. STRUCTURE FRAME:
The M.S. Structure material Like column , Base frame, Supported Runner & Top frame etc. shall be made out with Combination of Rolled / Folded Section / Tube Section.

FLOOR:
The floor shall be made with Cement sheet . The sheet shall be covered with Ceramic Tiles/ green marble with epoxy joint & skirting

PUF INSULATED WALL & ROOF:
The insulated walls shall be made of Sandwich panels.The sandwich panels shall be made out of PPGI sheet & inner-side phenolic sheet 100% water proof.

DOOR:
NOS.-3 The door frame shall be made out with aluminum powder coated frame. The door shall be PVC/Bakelite.

VENTILATION SYSTEM FOR TOILETS:
Exhaust fan provided in toilets.

ACCESSORIES WITH PLUMBING:
In w.c. 3 western WC with washbasin, required Plumbing Work And Sanitary Work included with One waste water outlet.

ELECTRIFICATION:
The Unit shall be completed with all the electrical fittings with Casing Capping System on Wall.
